Itinerary
Pick up the Self-drive vehicle for 7 Days from Melbourne Airport and drive to Yarra Valley. Enroute visit to Vineyards and Wineries at Rochford Package Two MD - Two Course Limited Choice Main & Dessert. Supplement Cost for De Bortoli Winery is AUD95 Per Person. Proceed to Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery – (At your On Own expense). Later proceed to Yering Gorge Cottages or similar accommodation and check-in for Overnight stay at Yarra Valley
Before Sunrise Self-drive to Balgownie Estate - 1309 Melba Hwy, Yarra Glen to Join Hot Air Ballooning over Yarra Valley With Breakfast (Optional Cost). After tour collect your luggage from hotel and check-out. Proceed to Healesville Sanctuary for admission. Proceed To Puffing Billy Railway to join Belgrave to Lakeside - Return journey. Later proceed to Phillip Island. Arrive at Phillip Island Nature Park - Penguin Parade Standard Viewing Admission. Later proceed to Oak Tree Lodge or similar accommodation and check-in for Overnight stay at Phillip Island
After Breakfast check-out from Phillip Island accommodation and proceed to Phillip Island attractions. Proceed to Koala Conservation Reserve. Enjoy the Panny's Amazing World of Chocolate. Later visit Churchill Island and proceed to Mornington Peninsula. In the evening visit Moonraker Dolphin Swims and Moonlit Sanctuary.
Later proceed to The Dunes Golf Course or similar accommodation and check-in for for Overnight stay at Mornington Peninsula
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and proceed to Peninsula Hot Springs. Proceed to Arthurs Seat Eagle and to Montalto Vineyard & Olive Grove Mornington Peninsula Discovery Tasting & Piazza Lunch.
Later proceed to The Dunes Golf Course or similar accommodation and check-in for Overnight stay Mornington Peninsula.
After Breakfat check-out at 8:00 am and processed to Sorrento Ferry Terminal and board 9:00 am Launch with car and passenger for scenic 40 min. journey towards Queenscliff.
Proceed to Q Class Dining Lunch Experience @11:30 am (Optional Cost). Proceed to Werribee Zoo With Deluxe Safari Adventure (Optional Cost).
Stay At Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong or similar accommodation and check-in for Overnight stay at Geelong.
Later proceed to Melbourne City and stay at Pullman Melbourne City Centre for Overnight accommodation. Enjoy the vibrant city of Melbourne.
After check-out from the hotel, you will be directly transferred to the airport for your flight back home. Return car at Airport and fly back with wonderful memories.
Inclusions
- In case of rejection of visa, refund will be provided as per the cancellation policy for the package.
- In case the payment schedule as mentioned in the PDF is not followed, booking will be cancelled by TBK, after attempting to get in touch with the customer seeking the payment. On cancellation of the booking, the amount paid by the customer shall be forfeited.
- Some optional excursions are subject to minimum 20 paying passengers OR if less than 20 passengers then the optional will operates on Seat in Coach basis’s.
- All Transfers And Excursions Inclusive Of Entrance Fees (As Specified In The Itinerary) By A Deluxe Air-Conditioned Coach.
- Travel Book Karo shall not refund in case of any visa rejections
- In-case departure is cancelled/called off due to low bookings, visa amount will be non refundable
- Please ensure that you meet Travel Book Karo Airport Representative within 1 hour of landing of the flights.
- Kindly note that the hotels provided in the package are situated on the outskirts of the cities, ensuring smooth inter-city transfer while avoiding city traffic.
- In the event that a customer damages hotel property, Travel Book Karo disclaims all responsibility for any fees assessed to the customer, as well as any additional fees assessed for using the room's minibar or for any other costs not specifically mentioned in the vacation package.
- In the cases where a third person is also sharing the room, they will be provided with an additional mattress or a roll-away bed.
- Kindly ensure that you abide by the timeline given by the Holiday Manager for the activities.
- We offer Indian dinners (if included in the package), but kindly note that there might be variation in taste as compared to the food offered in India.
- Please note, if you dont wish to walk for the Indian restaurant, you may take the transfer service at an extra cost.
- Optional activities are not part of the package and may be included on payment of additional charges. Optional tours will be arranged on Seat In Coach basis
- Travel Book Karo only provide visa service and plays no role in the grant or rejection of visa. The decision for the grant or rejection of visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission.
- In case, transit visa is required by the customer, the responsibility for obtaining the same shall lie on the customer.
